In fulfilling our mission at Andrew Fleck Children’s Services we strive at all times to provide services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
December 2011, in compliance with the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Andrew Fleck Children’s Services developed an Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Policy. including procedures, a feedback process and ongoing employee training.
